Clover Cliff Ranch Bed & Breakfast Policies

Room Accommodations

Room rates are based on a maximum of two persons per room. Extra guests, including children over the age of 5 will be charged an added room fee of $25 per person. The added fee includes breakfast. This option is available for the Lincoln Suite and the Prather Room. Applicable taxes will be added to room rates.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make a reservation. The deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Check-in/Checkout

Arrangements may be made for check-in between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.

Checkout time is 11 a.m. A later departure may be arranged with advanced notice. The extended time may be subject to an additional charge.

Breakfast Service

Breakfast is served on the enclosed veranda between the hours of 7 and 9 a.m.

We are prepared to accommodate dietary and allergy needs. Our location makes it impossible to respond to last minute requests so please let us know about any special needs when you make a reservation.

Special Events

Gracious hospitality is important at the Clover Cliff. We are happy to host a wide variety of gatherings – weddings, family reunions, business meetings, luncheons – just to name a few. Rates for these events are determined on an individual basis, depending on guests’ plans for meals and overnight stays. The room rate includes breakfast for guests who spend the night. Arrangements for additional breakfast guests need to be made in advance for an added fee.

Alcohol is not a part of the Clover Cliff Package. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. The expectation is that you will also clean up and carry away related bottles and cans.

Pets

To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, no pets are allowed on the property.

Smoking

The Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast is smoke free. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in any other areas will result in an additional charge equal to the actual cost of disinfecting. Burning candles or incense is also in violation of our insurance agreement.

High-Traffic Weekends

The innkeepers reserve the right to require a two-night minimum stay on holiday weekends, Flint Hills Rodeo and Symphony on the Prairie weekends as well as other times when special events are scheduled in the area.

Care for the Premises

When you check out, we expect to find the property in the same condition as when you checked in. We keep a detailed inventory with pictures of each area in the home. If anything is missing or damaged the cost will be charged and billed to the guest who made the original reservation.
